Electives

2020 Electives - finalised list!

Campers choose 11 electives but will only do 9, one each morning and two each afternoon. Every effort is made to prioritise activities in the order preferred by the camper.

2. Archery wars (10+)

3. Beading craft

4. Camp fire cooking

5. Chicken coop maze / giant swing

6. Clay

7. Confidence course

8. Craft corner

9. Creative carpentry

10. Dart wars (under 10 only!) - Nerf gun battles for 6-9 year olds only. Get in quick, it’ll fill up fast!

11. DoC predator control - go bush with the Dept of Conservation

12. Extreme air jumper (7+)

13. Hut building

14. Kayak

15. Raft building (8+)

16. Mystery trailer ride and tour - running as a single elective in 2020 so shorter but just as muddy and run at twice the pace!

17. Rifle shooting (10+)

18. Rock wall climb

19. Sack sliding (8+)

20. Trebouchet

21. Volcano Obstacle Course - an old favourite on an awesome new bouncy course, bigger and better than you remember!

22. Water / mud slide

Some options are restricted to certain age groups for health and safety reasons.

Apply early to be more likely to get your first choice of electives. You can keep your own record of your choices for future reference; your personal schedule and wrist bands will be available to collect approximately two weeks before camp.
